摘要
利用均匀设计法探讨壳聚糖吸附澄清技术能否代替醇沉淀法用于北柴胡水提液的纯化工艺,采用紫外分光光度法对壳聚糖澄清法及醇沉法沉淀后的药液中柴胡皂苷的含量进行测定.结果表明,壳聚糖吸附澄清法与醇沉法均能使药液澄清,前者更能保留药液中的有效成分,壳聚糖澄清法可替代醇沉法用于精制北柴胡水提液.
To study the clarification refining effect of chitosan on the decoction of Bupleurum by homogeneous design compared to purified ethanol sediment process. Contents of saikosaponin in both of the refined decoction by the purified ethanol sediment and the chitosan clarification method were determined by UV spectrophotometry. Resulted both process by chitosan and by purified ethanol could make the refined decoction dear, and the former reserved more effective components than the latter. Chitosan clarification method can replace the purified ethanol sediment method to refine decoction of Bupleurum DC.
