摘要
从结构可靠性基本理论出发,从影响结构可靠性的3种不确定性、结构的极限状态、结构可靠度、在役结构的现状调查、构件检测等方面阐述了在役工业建筑可靠性鉴定的基本原则和方法.根据上述原理,结合郑州市某污水泵站上部钢筋混凝土柱工程实例,通过理论分析和实测研究,对其进行了可靠性鉴定分析,结果表明:该结构混凝土中的氯离子含量严重超标,在雨水、潮湿等水分的共同作用下,氯离子与钢筋发生复杂化学反应,是引起该批柱子钢筋生锈、混凝土开裂的主要因素,并根据此结论提出了一些维修加固建议和措施,为类似在役工业建筑可靠性鉴定提供参考.
From the requirement of existing industrial building structures, the basic theories are summarized from the aspects of the three uncertainties influencing the structure reliability, the limiting state of the structures, structure reliability and inventory survey of the in active service structures. Based on the fundamental conceptions of the reliability, this paper takes some sewage pumping 'station upper column of reinforced concrete engineering as an example,through theoretical analysis and experimental study,the results show that the structure of concrete chloride ion content seriously overweight, in rain water, wet water under the action of chlorine ion and steel complex chemistry reaction, is the number of columns reinforced rust, concrete cracking is the main factor, and according to this conclusion and puts forward some suggestions and measures for the repair and reinforcement.
