摘要
以焦作矿区规划生态环境影响评价为例,以生态环境为研究对象,以矿区塌陷为重点,对《规划环境影响评价技术导则煤炭工业矿区总体规划》中的"生态保护与恢复指标"进行了细化完善,将"生态系统完整性和功能变化趋势"这一描述性指标,细化为生物分布、土壤、水土流失、土地利用、生物量和景观等6个生态环境因子,采用导则推荐的评价方法,取得各因子现状及变化的定量或半定量值,较准确反映焦作矿区开采所导致的生态环境影响.
The paper taking eco-environment influence evaluation of coal mining area plan as a example, focuses on the eco-environment and mining collapse. With the method recommended by the guideline and obtaining the quantities and the semi quantities of statuesque and change of each indicator, indicator of ecosystem integrity and change is elaborated into six factors of eco-enviroment in this paper, including bio-distribution, soil, soil erosion, land utilization, biomass and landscape. The detail indicator system reflects the coo-environment influence by mining with higher precision.
