摘要
建立了高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)测定脱沥青质常压渣油族组成的分析方法。在适宜的梯度洗脱条件下,结合多阀切换技术,以正己烷、二氯甲烷为流动相,对脱沥青质的常压渣油实现了族组成的快速分离。采用以固相萃取技术分离得到的饱和烃、芳烃和胶质作为"标样",建立标准曲线,利用外标法对各族组分进行定量。与SH/T 0509标准方法的结果相比,本方法测定的结果误差较小,同时具有快速、高效、自动化程度高等特点,可以用于渣油族组成的快速分析。
A quick method for characterization of group composition in deasphalted residue oil by high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector was developed.By using the technique of valve switching and gradient elution, the groups of deasphahed residue oil were separated with hexane and dichloromethane as the mobile phase. The samples of saturates, aromatics and resins collected through solid phase extraction technique were used as "standard sample", in order to establish external standard calibration to quantitatively determine all groups. The result deviation compared with SH/T0509 method was small. The improved method was fast, efficient, with good reproducibility and high degree of automation, and can apply to rapid determination of group composition of residue oil.
