肿瘤学临床带教方法的探索及体会

The Exploration and Experience of Oncology Clinical Teaching Methods

目的探讨肿瘤学临床带教的方法及措施,以提高肿瘤学临床教学的质量。方法从树立良好医德、选择典型病例、理论联系实际、传授新知识和新技术、加强基本功训练六个方面对肿瘤学临床带教的方法进行探讨。结果及结论通过上述六个方面在肿瘤学临床带教中的实施,显著地提高了肿瘤学临床教学的质量。

Objective To explore the clinical teaching method of oncology and measures in order to improve the clinical teaching quality of oncology. Methods From six aspects of oncology clinical teaching is explored, as fol- lows：settomg up good medical ethics, choosing the typical cases, linking theory with practice, imparting new knowledge and new technology, strengthening the basic skill training. Results and Conclusion Through the imple- mentation of above six aspects in the oncology clinical teaching, the quality of oncology clinical teaching has been significantly improved.
