胸腔镜在胸腔疾病诊治中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨胸腔镜在胸腔疾病诊治中的应用。方法对2006年1月至2010年12月开展的电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)51例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组无手术死亡病例,手术时间30min至3h,胸管放置时间1例乳糜胸为2周,1例脓胸为10d,其余放置3~5d。结论 VATS治疗胸腔疾病,可以显著缓解术后疼痛的强度与持续时间,减少呼吸相关并发症,缩短住院时间,创面美观,现已迅速在胸外科普及。
