茸芪菌质醇提物抗疲劳作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用雄性ICR小鼠随机分组,灌胃不同剂量的茸芪菌质醇提物与生理盐水,贞芪扶正胶囊相对照。比较各组小鼠体重、负重游泳时间、肝肌糖原水平的变化及全血乳酸含量等。结果显示,试验组茸芪菌质醇提物能显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,增加肝糖原的储备量,提高全血乳酸清除率,茸芪菌质醇提物具有较好的抗疲劳效果。 Male ICR mice were randomly divided into five groups with 16 mice in each group.The mice in three experimental groups were administered with different doses of Rongqi substance extract once per day for consecutively 30 days and the mice in the control group were treated with normal saline and Zhenqi Fuzheng Jiaonang.After the last administration,the weight-loaded swimming time,liver glycogen(LG),muscle glycogen(MG),and blood lactic acid(BLA) of each group of mice were determined.The results revealed the three-dose Rongqi substance extract treatment groups prolonged swimming time,increased the blood lactic acid clearance and increased MG and LG contents.Rongqi substance extract has strong anti-fatigue capability.
