摘要 选用淀粉和甲壳素作为天然高分子絮凝剂来分离澄清甘蔗糖蜜,为糖蜜深加工提供中间原料。试验考察2种絮凝剂的絮凝效果,优化絮凝剂用量和絮凝温度工艺参数,得出在常温条件下,使用4.0 g/100 mL絮凝剂絮凝3 h可达到较好效果。分离澄清后的产物理化指标没有显著变化,试验得出的分离澄清及净化工艺可为糖蜜深加工利用提供一种新的技术方法。 Starch and chitin were selected as natural polymer flocculants to separate and clarify the sugarcane molasses,which would provide the intermediate products for further processing of molasses.The flocculation,the usage and the temperature of those two flocculants were tested and investigated.The obtained optimizing temperature is normal temperature,the flocculant usage is 4.0 grams per 100 milliliters molasses and the time is 3 hours,in which the flocculation could achieve better results.The physicochemical indexes of the obtained purified molasses products were unchanged significantly,and the separation and clarification processes would be regarded as a new further processing method for sugarcane molasses.
