摘要
考察分离纯化条件对发酵液中透明质酸(HA)提取率的影响。结果表明,采用乙醇和十六烷基吡啶(CPC)相结合的办法来提取HA,提取率较高;适宜的提取条件为温度30℃p,H为7。提取物和HA标准品有着相同的吸收峰,说明该发酵产物呈极为典型的HA红外吸收谱图,证明该提取物即为透明质酸。
The affect of separation and purification of Hyaluronic Acid(HA) conditions to yields was discussed.The results showed that the combination of alcohol with CPC was suitable for purifying the HA from broth,and the optimum conditions were temperature 30 ℃,and pH 7.The HA standard from Sigma and extracts from fermentation broth had the same absorption spectrum and illustrated the extracts had the typical infrared absorption spectrum of HA.
