摘要 添加于食品中的防腐剂,如果超范围超量使用会对人体食用后造成潜在的危害。为了监控防腐剂滥用,科研人员建立了许多有效的检测方法。目前,这些方法各有长处,能够基本满足社会的需求。文章对食用合成防腐剂的分析方法作了全面的综述。 Abusing preservatives food additives would lead to potential health risks associated with their intake for the human.The researchers establish many effective approaches to monitor excessive use of preservatives.These methods could basically meet the social demand.This paper will make a comprehensive review on the detection methods of preservatives in food.
