摘要
针对传统的运动控制器大多采用PCI或ISA总线且成本高等不足,提出采用CY7C68013设计一款运动控制接口模块用于数据的高速采集及处理的设计方案。硬件主要包含主控制模块、编码器采集模块、USB通讯模块和串口通讯模块,阐述了各模块的设计原理及功能。软件部分包含固件程序、USB驱动程序和上位机控制程序,给出了程序的流程图及其部分主要代码。模块采用USB2.0总线与上位机通信,解决了低成本、高速传输和即插即用等关键问题,为设备的便携化设计提供了一种有效的技术方法。目前模块已成功应用在便携式倒立摆产品中。
This paper proposed that using CY7C68013 to design a motion-controlled interfac e module for high-speed data acquisition and processing.The main contro l module,encoder acquisition module,USB communication module and serial commun ication module are included on hardware.The design principles and functions of each module were described.And the firmware,USB driver and PC con trol code are contained on software.Some program flow charts and the main codes wer e described.The module makes USB2.0 bus communicate with the host computer.It he lps to solve many key issues,such as low-cost,high-speed transmission and Pl ug and Play.It also provides an effective technical method for portable design.Th e motion-controlled interface module has been successfully applied to portable inverted pendulum.
