摘要
严谨求实的科研素质是当今高校大学生素质培养的一个重要部分,在葡萄酒分析实验的教学中,从实验前准备、验证性实验内容的调整、设计性实验的引入以及实验课程考核制度的改革等4个方面进行科学理念的渗透。
Precise and practical scientific diathesis is a crucial part in developing colle ge students＇ diathesis.Scientific conception is involved in the teaching of wi n e analysis experiment from the following four aspects： pre-experiment preparati ons,adjustment of verification experiment,lead-in of designing experiment,an d reform of the testing system in the experiment course.
