通过对牛津大学实验室安全工作检查和落实过程的观察,对其特点进行了分析,指出可操作性直接关系到实验室安全管理的成效。进一步对国内高校实验室安全管理工作进行了反思,认为在高校现有条件下,通过对实验室安全工作检查和落实的不断细化、量化和规范化,加强其可操作性,不断提高高校的实验室安全工作的水平。

The importance of the operability in laboratory safety was emphasized by analyzi ng laboratory safety inspection and implementation.According to the observation on the laboratory safety inspection and implementation in Oxford University,th eir characters and the close relationship between the operability and the effect s of the laboratory safety were discussed.Furthermore,introspection on domesti c university laboratory safety managements suggests that,based on the existed s afety system,strengthening the operability of the laboratory safety inspection and implementation by progressive segmentalization,quantization and standardiza tion can greatly improve the domestic university laboratory safety management.
