随着科学技术和研究生教育的快速发展,为了更好地提高我院科研水平,同时加强研究生培养和医务人员开展科学研究,我院利用有限资金,重点构建了一个具有较大规模和特色的医学形态学实验技术平台。经过数年建设、管理和运行的结果显示,该平台发挥了理想的效果和效益。其构建规模与技术档次、管理与运行模式、服务保障与使用效率等方面的经验,对其他相应单位建设共享实验平台将提供新的借鉴与参考。

With the rapid development of science and graduate education,to enhan ce the level of scientific research and training of graduate students our hospital set up a great technolog y platform of medical morphological characteristics with our limited resou rces.The management and running of the platform,after several years of constru ction,achieved a desired result and efficiency.We can provide our experience for o ther relevant units that is sharing morphological platform scale and technical level,management and operation mode,good service and efficiency.
