Operational Level Evaluation for Laboratories Based on Grey Decision-Making

实验室工作水平评估过程中存在的某些不确定性因素,使得传统的评价方法可能导致评价结果与实际情况相差较大。将灰色系统理论的灰色单目标化局势决策方法应用于实验室工作水平的评估。介绍了灰色单目标化局势决策的相关概念及其决策方法;基于所建立的实验室工作水平综合评价模型,对某3个实验室的工作水平进行了评价。决策过程和评价结果表明,该方法简单易行,可对实验室工作水平作出客观而准确的评价。

The remarkable difference between evaluation result and practical situ ation is induced when using conventional evaluation methods because of some un certain factors existing in the operational level evaluation for laboratories.T he grey single-objective situation decision method of grey system theory was applied to assess the operational level of laboratories.The concept and method of grey single-objective situation decision were introduced.Three laborator i es were evaluated based on the proposed comprehensive evaluation model establish ed for opera tional level evaluation of laboratories.The decision procedure and the assessme nt results indicate that the approach is simple and feasible,and the results ar e objective and accurate.
