摘要
研究了从低浓度钴溶液中除去铁、钙、镁的pH条件和P204萃取除杂工艺。除铁初步试验表明:黄钠铁矾法除铁时,将pH值控制在3.0~4.0之间,除铁效果很好,达到99%以上。在黄钠铁矾-针铁矿联合法的除铁操作条件下,除铁效果也达到了95.65%,且钴损率从21.3%降到了4.74%;低浓度钴溶液最佳除钙镁pH值为3.5~4.0;正交试验得到P204萃取除杂最佳工艺参数:有机相组成φP204/φ汽油为25%/75%,O/A相比1∶2,皂化率为75%。
The pH condition of Fe, Ca and Mg removal from low-concentration coibalt solution and the process of impurity removal by P204 extraction were studied. The results form the preliminary iron removal experiment show that the process of iron removal with sodium jarosite and a pH value of 3.0-4.0 has a good effect of more than 99% iron removal rate. Using the process together with sodium jarosite and goethite,the iron removal rate is 95.65% and the cobalt loss rate is decreased from 21.3% to 4. 74%. The optimal pH value of the low-concentration cobalt solution to remove Ca and Mg for the above process is 3.5 4.0,and the optimal technical parameters of impurity removal by P204 extraction from orthogonal experiments are as follows, the volume fractions of P204 and petrol are 25% and 75%, respectively,the phase ra rio of oil to aqua is 1/2,and the saponification rate is 75%.
