摘要
采用熔盐电脱氧法(即FFC法)制备出金属钽粉,并对其进行了SEM、TEM、粒度分布、化学成分和电性能等分析。结果表明:使用该方法制备的钽粉原始颗粒尺寸为200~400nm,相互粘结呈珊瑚状,氧含量降至3.69×10-3;该钽粉的比容达80 000μF.V/g以上,可满足制作电容器的要求。经计算,该钽粉制备工艺的电流效率仅为30%,要实现工业化应用必须解决电解过程中电流效率低这一关键问题。
Tantalum metal powder was prepared by electro-deoxidation of molten salt (FFC). The morphology of the prepared tantalum powder was observed by SEM and TEM, and its size distribution, chemical composition and electrical properties were also analyzed. The results show that the prepared tantalum pow- der has an original particle size of 200~400 nm,and particle bonds with each other and looks like coral. Its oxygen content is decreased to 3.69)K 10^-3 and specific capacitance is above 80 000 μF·V/g to meet with the requirement for capacitor production. Based on calculation,the current efficiency of the above tantalum powder preparation process is only 30%. To achieve industrial application the low current efficiency of the electrolysis process must be improved
