摘要
主要阐述聋哑大学生无障碍信息交流教学辅助系统的开发过程。系统利用语音合成技术实现文本转换为语音,将聋哑大学生的想法和问题通过向计算机输入的文字转化为声音,而使聋哑学生"开口说话",并使任课教师实时听到。聋哑大学生无障碍信息教学辅助系统的主要功能有局域网环境下的教师机和学生机的无障碍信息交流、利用TTS技术实现文本转换为语音、基于网络的教学管理等等。
This paper mainly discusses the development process of the teaching assistant system for deaf and dumb students' communication without impediments.The system realizes the conversion from text to speech by using speech synthesis technology,converting thinking and problems of deaf and dumb students to sounds by input characters,which makes teachers real-timely get deaf students' information.The main functions of the system include the information exchanges without impediments between teacher' computer and students' computer in LAN environment,realization of the conversion from text to speech by using speech synthesis technology and a teaching management method based on network.
