摘要
主要阐述无障碍信息交流辅助系统的VB实现过程。无障碍信息交流辅助系统是利用语音合成技术实现文本转换为语音,将信息交流障碍者的想法和问题通过计算机表达和输出。
This paper mainly describes the realization process of harrier-free information exchange auxiliary system by VB. The system uses speech synthesis technology to convert text to speech, which can help students with impediments express and output their thinking and problems.
