企业经营模拟课程存在问题研究

指出了企业经营模拟课程中存在模拟课程内容与实际工作存在差别;模拟课程初始条件基本是一个固定模式;培养学生具有良好的职业道德的内容较少;专业不突出等四个问题,并提出了相应的对策,在最后提出了更好开展企业经营模拟课程的建议。

This paper points out the differences between course content and practical work in enterprise simulation course. The initial condition is basically a fixed mode, in which the contents about training students＇professional morality are less and specialty has no features. Then it gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the development of enterprise operation simulation course.
