摘要
为研究不同剂量偏钒酸铵对SD大鼠心、肺生长及组织结构的影响,将150只SD大鼠随机分成5组,雌雄各半,在饮水中添加不同剂量的偏钒酸铵10、20、40、60 mg/L,对照组饲饮蒸馏水。于饮饲后第2、4、6、8、10周时断脊处死,取心、肺脏标本称质量并用Bouin液固定,制作石蜡切片,HE染色,显微观察并摄影。结果表明,饮饲10、20、40 mg/L偏钒酸铵,随周龄增加,大鼠肺脏较同一对照组质量增加,其中以20 mg/L组肺脏增质量极显著(P<0.01);显微观察可见10、20、40 mg/L组肺脏支气管气管腺增大,细支气管和终末支气管的平滑肌相对增多,平滑肌层明显增厚,以10 mg/L组和20 mg/L组最为显著。60 mg/L组肺脏质量与同一周龄其他各剂量组相比较轻,有出血现象。10、20 mg/L组心肌纤维无明显变化,40、60 mg/L组心脏心肌纤维出现分离,部分断裂,心肌组织结构受到明显损伤。提示大鼠饮饲20 mg/L钒对肺脏生长有促进作用,饮饲60 mg/L钒对大鼠肺脏生长具有抑制作用并损伤心肌组织结构。
To research the effect of vanadium on the tissue structure of cardiac muscle and lung in SD rats when supplemented with different dosage ammonium metavanadate, taking 150 common SD rats and divide into 5 groups randomly, meanwhile add ammonium metavanadate 10, 20, 40, 60 mg/L separately in each kilogram drinking water, the control group drinks the distilled water. Killed them by chiropractors after 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 weeks, weighing the heart and lung and fixed by Bouin's, produced paraffin sections, HE staining, microscopic observation, photography. The results showed that that drinking 10, 20, 40 mg/L of vanadium, compared with the control group have different degrees of increase, the 20 mg/L group lung weight gain was significantly (P 〈0. 01 ) ; lung bronchial airway glands increase, small bronchial and terminals relative increase in bronchial smooth muscle, smooth muscle layer significantly thickened to 10 mg/L group and 20 mg/L group, which is most notable. In 60 mg/L group, the weight of lung are less than same week, lungs bleed. The 40, 60 mg/L groups' tissue structure of cardiac muscle fibrin changed clearly, the level of cardiac muscle rift and separation increased and the tissue structure was damaged evidently. It concludes feeding 20 mg/L of vanadium to promote the development of the lung, and 60 mg/L of vanadium would inhibit the growth of rat lung and the cardiac muscle tissue structure was damaged evidently.
