摘要 目的研究枸杞子挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法、有机溶剂萃取法以及微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取枸杞子挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC/MS)对挥发油成分进行分析鉴定,并采用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。结果水蒸气蒸馏得到45种,有机溶剂萃取得到47种,微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏得到51种,各组分相对百分含量分别占各自挥发油总量的94.43%、91.66%和95.14%。结论微波辅助水蒸气蒸馏提取技术具有用量少、快速、简便、能耗低的优点,有利于枸杞子中挥发油活性物质的提取。 Objective Chemical constituents of the volatile oils from Medlar wered studied. Methods The volatile oils from Medlar were extracted by stream distillation, solvent extraction and microwave assisted stream distillation, whose chemical components were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass (GC/MS), and adopted the peak area normalizing to quantitate. Results 45 compounds were identified by stream distillation, 47 compounds were identified by Solvent extraction, 51 compounds were identified by Microwave distillation, Their constituents represent of total mass of the volatile oils by three methods were 94.43 %, 91.66% and 95.14%. Conclusions It was found that microwave-assisted steam distillation has advantages of less extraction time, high extraction rate of volatile oil, low energy consumption, be helpful for medlar volatile oil of active material extraction.
