朝鲜传统民居对北方经济适用房的设计启示

Enlightenment of Traditional Korean Folk Residence to the Design of Affordable Housing in Northern China

现阶段我国经济适用房存在一些问题,如住宅不经济、功能单一、舒适性差、户型未完全适应我国居民生活方式的变更等。参考朝鲜族传统民居在选址与布局、地方材料的选用、增加住宅分割的灵活性及改变取暖方式的做法,对比当前的经济适用房设计和生产现状,汲取传统民居建筑经验中的生态合理性,有助于传统民居生态建筑经验的延续和发展,同时为创造节约型社会做出应有的贡献。

At present,the affordable housing of China is facing some problems like the affordable residence is not economical,the monotonous functions,low comfortableness and obsolete internal layout thus has not completely adapt to the variation of the way of life of the Chinese people.To refer to the site selection and adoption of the layout and local materials,division flexibility increase and change of the way of heating of traditional Korean folk residence,and to compare it with the existing design and state of affordable housing and to learn from the ecological reasonableness in the traditional folk residence building are favorable for the continuance and development of the ecological building experience of traditional folk residence,in the meantime making due contributions to create a conserving society.
