S-135(00Cr13Ni5Mo)水电钢在临钢的开发与生产实践

摘要 结合水电用不锈钢S-135(00Cr13Ni5Mo)的开发过程,介绍了该钢种加热、轧制、热处理及酸洗过程的工艺关键控制要点。指出采用缓慢升温、充分保温的加热工艺,抢温快轧、高温终轧的轧制工艺是确保轧制过程稳顺生产的重要因素。采用适当的热处理和酸洗工艺制度是保证该钢种性能与表面质量的关键要素。 According to the development process of stainless steel S-135(00Cr13Ni5Mo) for hydro-electric application,combined with the main performance characteristics,the process control points of heating,rolling,heat-treatment and pickling were introduced in this paper.It is indicated that slow heating and full insulation,with fast rolling and high finish rolling temperature were important factors to ensure the stability of rolling process.Appropriate heat treatment and pickling process is key factor to ensure properties and surface quality of the steel.
