Rolling technological process of 30MnSi wire rod as the material of PC steel was introduced.The influencing factor and preventive measures of rolling process impact on the quality of products were analyzed,emphasis is the quality control points of heating process,rolling process,and sizing operation.Countermeasures were made to the cross-bred problem,which provides the effective way for the improving of the product quality.
