浅谈高职院校学生职业生涯规划自觉意识的培养

On the Cultivation of Higher Vocational School Students' Self-awareness in Career Planning

本文通过分析对学生进行职业生涯规划自觉意识的培养的必要性,阐述了当前高职院校开展职业生涯规划教育,为学生创造良好的规划意识的重要意义,提出了在开展职业生涯教育中应注意的几个问题。

Based on an analysis of the necessity of cultivating students＇ career planning awareness,this paper illustrates the importance of current career planning education in fostering students＇ career-planning awareness in higher vocational schools,and proposes several problems we should pay attention to in the carrying-out of career planning education.
