试论大学生英语实用能力的培养

On the Practical English Ability of the College Students

随着世界经济全球化的进程加大,中国需要越来越多的国际化人才,这就要求大学毕业生具备良好的英语实用能力能够高效的处理工作中的涉外业务。本文介绍了通过提高学生的英语阅读速度、扩大阅读范围以及通过英文电影的欣赏学习等英语实践性的活动锻炼学生的英文阅读、视听和交际能力,这些英语实用能力的培养能够使学生英语技能得到锻炼以适应其未来职业发展的需要。

With the globalization of the world economy,China need more and more global talents,so the college graduates are required to have a good practical English ability which enalble them to handle their work related to the foreign communication efficiently.This paper introduces the effective ways to enhance the college students＇ practical English ability by improving their reading speed and expanding reading scope and immerging into the natural English context provided by English movies to foster their English communicative ability.
