摘要
以基于ANSYS 12.0 WORKBENCH平台的FLUENT数值分析软件对沉箱中斜板的布置进行分析,以陆丰13-2项目为依托,考察斜板对油水分离的影响,得出优化设计依据。通过考察第一块斜板距污水入口管管口位置、斜板间距离、斜板长度和角度对油水分离的影响,得出最优数据。斜板布置角度为45°,第一块斜板距入口管管口距离为200mm,斜板间距离为1632mm。
Based on analysis of inclined plate design of sump caisson using FLUENT con- formed in ANSYS 12.0 WORKBENCH and LF13-2, analys the influence on separation of oil and waste water, and get the optimized method. Optimized data is based on the analysis of distance between the first inclined plate and inlet nozzle, distance between two adjacent in- clined plates, length of inclined plate, and angle of inclined plates. The optimization of angle, distance between the first inclined plate and inlet nozzle, distance between adjacent inclined plates is respectively 45°, 200ram, 1632mm.
