数字存储示波器Δt时间测量和ΔV幅度测量的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty of Time Difference Measurement and Amplitude Difference Measurement of Digital Storage Oscilloscopes

评定了数字存储示波器Δt时间差测量功能的测量不确定度和ΔV幅度差测量功能的测量不确定度,讨论了影响评价结果不确定度的几个主要误差来源,包括时基误差、抽样量化误差、测量重复性、幅度测量误差等。同时,以一组实验结果为例,给出了各自的不确定度评定结果。

In this paper,both the uncertainty of time difference measurement and the uncertainty of amplitude difference measurement are discussed.Some error sources are presented.They include the errors of time base of Digital Storage Oscilloscope（DSO）,the sampling width,the repeatability,the quantization error,and the amplitude measurement error,etc.Meanwhile,the uncertainty analysis is introduced in detail,and both the measurement uncertainty of time difference and the measurement uncertainty of amplitude difference are taken out by using experiment.
