摘要
针对ATS的原位计量校准以及内部计量链计量校准两种方案中存在的问题,根据计量校准系统的设计原则,提出原位计量与离位计量相结合的三级计量保障模式,实现了对ATS的闭环控制。
Aiming at the problems existing in on-state measurement and internal measurement chain,on the basis of the design principles of measurement and calibration system,three-level measurement indemnification mode that combines on-state measurement with off-state measurement is brought forward,it can achieve the closed-loop control to ATS.
