中国改革开放经过30多年的长期实践,已经积累了一定经验,应该在改革与发展两大方面进行科学的战略替代。我国改革与发展必须逐步走出"摸着石头过河"的模式,加强明确的战略规划性和持续的健康运转性,实现科学发展和跨越发展的新境界。

After 30 years of long-term practice,China＇s reform and opening-up drive has accumulated some experiences,but we should have to scientifically carry through strategic replacement in two aspects of reform and development.China＇s reform and development must gradually walk away from the ＂trial and error＂ model,enhance the clear strategic planning and continuous healthy functioning,and finally fulfill a new realm of scientific and great-leap-forward development.
