On the Construction of Entrepreneurs Group in Jilin Province——Cultivating High Quality of Private Entrepreneurs

吉林省民营企业家在促进吉林省民营经济发展和振兴东北老工业基地中具有重要作用,但是吉林省高素质民营企业家比较稀缺,这不仅受企业家个人成长因素的影响,同时服务、政策和观念等社会环境也是制约因素。因此,我省要努力营造有利于民营企业家成长的外部环境,建立完善民营企业家的培养机制,从而培养出高素质的民营企业家队伍,为吉林省民营经济的发展作出贡献。

The entrepreneurs play a great role in the development of private economy in Jilin province and the revival of the traditional industry base,but there are so few high quality entrepreneurs for the personal development,and also for the influence of social environment as service,policy and ideas.Therefore,the outer environment must be created for the growth of the entrepreneurs and the training system should be established.The entrepreneurs with high quality training could make a great contribution to the private economy in Jilin province.
