摘要
采用交流阻抗谱分析0.63(Bi_(0.94)La_(0.06))(Ca_(0.05)Fe_(0.95))O_3-0.37PbTiO_3(BLGF-PT)高温压电陶瓷的导电机制.阻抗谱和模谱分析表明,BLGF-PT的绝缘性能主要由晶粒贡献,BLGF-PT陶瓷的电学等效电路可以用一个电阻和一个通用电容器并联构成.由阻抗谱计算得出的晶粒电阻率随温度的升高而下降,载流子的激活能为0.88 eV.
Impedance spectroscopy has been used to investigate the conduction mechanism in the high I ~ temperature ceramics 0. 63 ( Bio.94 La0.o6 ) ( Ga0.05 Feo.95 ) 03-0. 37PbTiO3 (BLGF-PT). The anlysls of impedance and modulus spectroscopy has revealed that the region of grains is the most resistive component in the sample. Also, the electrical properties of BLGF-PT ceramics are demonstrated, which can be represented using a parallel combination of a resistor and a universal capacitor. Resistivity of grains extracted from complex impedance plots decrease with the increase of temperature, and the calculated activation energy Ea is 0.88 eV.
