摘要
结合作者的印尼工作经历,简单介绍印尼电力市场的现状、发展和机遇,并基于EPC总承包的合同模式,系统的阐述中国企业在印尼EPC总承包项目时应特别注意的风险及应对的措施。
In combination with the work experience of author in Indonesia,this paper introduces the status,development and opportunity in Indonesia electric market.Based on the EPC contract mode,systematically describes the risks should be paid more attention to when a Chinese company processes the EPC project in Indonesia and how to manage and solve these risks.
