实践教学作为知识、能力、素质教育的结合点,是高职院校实践教学改革的重点与关键.通过对专业核心职业能力的分析,按照由简单到复杂、由单一到综合的教学规律,构建了融基础实训、工程实训、仿真实训和顶岗实习为一体的"进阶式"实践教学体系.该实践教学体系的实施有效地提升了学生的综合职业能力、岗位适应能力和后续发展能力.

Practical teaching system with acquisition of knowledge,competence and quality serves as the key to major reforms in vocational colleges.This article introduces the basic ideas of the practical teaching model integrating the complex and comprehensive rules,as well as the construction of the teaching system combining basic,engineering,simulation,and in-post teaching practice.
