摘要
本文通过分析在新形势下如何把经济工作和政治工作有机结合起来,以达到激发职工工作积极性,从而实现两项工作相互促进的作用。
The article analyzes how to combine enterprise ideological-political work with enterprise economic work in the new situation,so as to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff,thereby reaching mutual promotion of both objectives.
