摘要
根据煤矿主通风机的运行情况及控制要求,提出了一种基于S7-300 PLC的煤矿主通风机监控系统的设计方案,详细介绍了该系统的组成、参数监测方法、控制流程及上位机监控界面设计。应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,提高了煤矿主通风机的自动化管理水平。
The paper proposed a design scheme of monitoring and control system of coal mine main ventilator based on S7-300 PLC according to running status and control requirements of coal mine main ventilator, and introduced composition, parameter monitoring methods, control flows and design of monitoring interface of upper computer in details. The application result showed the system runs stably 1 and reliably and improves automatic management level of main ventilator of coal mine.
