水运工程具有投资规模大、建设周期长,受气候、风浪等因素影响的特点,有效规范和发展水运监理工作,是完善建设项目管理体制,保证工程质量、实现投资效益的重要环节。该文分析大型水运工程施工中安全生产的特点,结合目前水运工程建设安全监理中存在的问题,明确开工前安全监理工作的重要内容,提出做好水运工程建设安全监理工作的主要内容,总结了安全监理工作中重点注意的问题及经验。
