社会责任国际标准(ISO26000),在赋予公民接受和从事宗教自由和保持信仰自由的同时,笼统的无区别和限制,这与我国宗教信仰政策存在冲突。它的出台,势必会给国际反华势力对我国进行各种渗透活动尤其是政治渗透提供可乘之机。他们通过宣扬西方的价值观念,开展"人权外交",煽动宗教狂热,制造民族隔阂,培植地下势力,对我国的政治安全造成潜在的影响。对此,我们一定要有清醒的认识,积极采取有效措施,通过加紧构建中国特色社会主义核心价值观,全面贯彻党的宗教政策,在立法上明确我国公民宗教信仰自由的法律限制,完善宗教工作协调机制,进一步加强有关宗教问题的广泛国际合作,维护国家的政治安全。

The international standard of social responsibility（ISO26000）,endows citizens with the right of accepting and pursuing the freedom of religion and belief,meanwhile,has no differentiation and restricting,which conflicts the religious policy of China.The launch of the standard certainly will provide an available chance for international anti-China influence to carry on various permeating activities to China,esp.in politics.They blazon forth the western value,carry out ＂human right diplomacy＂,instigate religious fanaticism,make misunderstanding among ethnic groups,develop underground influence,and bring latent menace to the political security of China.Thus we must have clear understanding,actively adopt valid measures,set up the core value with Chinese socialistic characteristics,carry through the religious policy of party completely,explicit the restriction on the freedom of religion and faith from lawmaking,perfect the moderate mechanism in religious work,strengthen the extensive international cooperation on religious problem further,and maintain the political safety of the country.
