摘要
根据大庆石化公司1200kt/a乙烯改扩建工程乙烯装置USC-192U型裂解炉的结构特点,针对裂解炉钢结构安装中存在的重点、难点,制定了相应的合理的安装方案。该方案实施后,取得了良好效果,为其它裂解炉钢结构的安装提供了可借鉴的施工经验。
Proper installation scheme was established based on the structural feature of USC-192U cracking furnaces of the 1 200 kt/a Ethylene Expansion Project of Daqing Petrochemical Company and considering the emphases,difficulties met during installation of the steel structures.The implementation of the scheme obtained good result,and provided construction experience for installation of other cracking furnace steel structures.
