容器圈座上板式吊耳的结构设计

摘要 四川石化公司360kt/a乙二醇装置的EG第二浓缩塔再沸器是大型立式换热器,设备质量107t,需要安装起吊设备的吊耳。由于标准的吊耳都不能使用,安装吊耳的位置又被设备圈座占用,文中设计将吊耳板与圈座组合在一起,首创一种新型的吊耳结构,既满足工程需要,又节省不锈钢的材料消耗。 the EG II reboiler concentration tower in the 360 kt /a Ethylene Glycol Unit of Sichuan Petrochemical Company is large vertical heat exchanger,the mass of this equipment is 107 tons,which needs lifting lugs for lifting.As all the standard lifting lugs are not suitable for use,and the location of lifting lugs is occupied by the equipment ring seat,we combined the ring seat and the lifting lug plate during the equipment design.This originated new structure of lifting lug not only satisfied the engineering needs,but also saved the stainless steel material consumption.
