摘要
介绍了腈纶纺丝生产中板式换热器板片腐蚀泄漏的情况。应用扫描电镜和能谱分析的方法对换热器板片腐蚀泄漏失效原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的防护措施。
This paper described the corrosion leak status of the plates of plate heat exchanger in the production of acrylic fiber.It analyzed the causes for leakage failure of the heat exchanger plates by using scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis method and put forward corresponding corrosion protection measures.
