摘要
为了满足丙酮氰醇(ACH)装置实时仿真培训的快速运行要求,采用表征组分的方式和简化表征数据计算方法,来缩短物性数据计算时间。实际应用证明,采用简化表征数据计算方法,对计算机硬件设备要求低,运行速度快,培训效果良好。
To meet the quick operation requirement for realtime emulation training of Acetone Cyanohydrin (ACH) Unit,the methods of characterizing components and simplifying characterization data calculation was used to shorten the calculation time of physical data.The practical application showed,when the short-cut characterization data calculation method is used,the requirement for computer hardware is low,operation speed is quick,and training effect is good.
