摘要
目的探讨无机阴离子对Fenton试剂处理活性艳红K-2BP染料废水的影响。方法以偶氮染料活性艳红K-2BP配制模拟染料废水,考察不同浓度的无机阴离子S2-、H2PO4-、Cl-和SO42-对Fenton试剂氧化降解的影响。结果 FeSO4的加入量为5.00 mL、H2O2的体积为0.50 mL时K-2BP达到最佳降解率(98.12%)。S2-对Fenton试剂氧化降解的抑制作用非常明显,H2PO4-也具有不同程度的抑制作用;C1-和SO42-对活性艳红K-2BP的降解无影响。结论在Fenton试剂处理实际工业废水时,有必要先采取措施消除S2-和H2PO4-影响。本研究为Fenton试剂在染料废水深度处理领域的实际应用提供了科学数据和技术支撑。
Objective To discuss the effect of inorganic anions on the reactive red K-2BP dyeing wastewater treated by Fenton method. Methods Simulative dyeing wastewater was confected by azo dye reactive red K-2BP,the effects of different concentrations of inorganic anions(S2-,H2PO4-,Cl-and SO42-) on Fenton method were investigated. Results The best degradation rate of K-2BP was achieved(98.12%) when the volume of FeSO4 and H2O2 were 5.00 and 0.50 mL respectively.S2-had great influence on degradation velocity of Fenton reaction,and H2PO-4 had the same tendencies as S2-,C1-and SO42-had no effect on degradation rate of reactive red K-2BP by Fenton method. Conclusion When the wastewater is disposed by Fenton method,it is necessary to adopt measures to eliminate the effects of S2-and H2PO-4,and this research provides scientific data and technical support for the treatment of dyeing wastewater by Fenton method.
