骨痹灵片治疗腰椎骨性关节炎临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察自制中药骨痹灵片治疗腰椎骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例腰椎骨性关节炎病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服骨痹灵片,对照组口服氨糖美辛,1周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:两组患者治疗后疼痛症状均较治疗前明显减轻,两组治疗前后VAS评分比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为95.0%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨痹灵片可以治疗腰椎骨性关节炎,疗效与氨糖美辛相近。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Gubiling pills,the self-developed traditional Chinese medicine,in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis.Methods:120 cases of lumbar osteoarthritis,were randomly classified into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated with gubiling pills,and the control group was treated with antangmeixin pills,1 week as a course of treatment,3 courses in both.Results:Compared with that before treatment,the pain symptom were significantly alleviated in both groups.The VAS score of both groups was significantly different before and after treatment(P0.01),but there were no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P0.05);The rate of therapeutic effectiveness in treatment group and control group were 93.3% and 95.0% respectively without showing significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The Gubilin pills could treat lumber osteoarthritis,with efficacy similar to antangmeixin pills.
