摘要 采用分散离心技术对云南临沧埃洛石矿进行了提纯研究,制备出了高纯度的埃洛石样品;重点探讨了矿浆固含量、离心机转速、分散剂种类与用量对埃洛石提纯效果的影响。试验结果表明,当离心转速为1000r/min,固含量为20%,添加0.1%的PAANa作为分散剂时,提纯效果最好;得到的埃洛石产品纯度大于90%,产率大于30%,并保留有较好的纳米空心管状结构。 The purification of halloysite in Lincang of Yunnan province was studied with dispersion and eentrifugalization process, and high purity halloysite nanotubes was prepared. The study was carried out on influences of solids content, centrifugal speed, the type and dosage of dispersant on the purification efficiency. The results showed that the optimum conditions were centrifugal speed 1000 r/min, solids content 20% and PAANa 0.1%. Under the optimum conditions, the purity of the products reached more than 90% purity and the yield rate was more than 30% , and the halloysite kept the nano- metre hollow tubular structure.
