针对连续通过式清洗机存在的窜液问题,通过采取诸如风刀吹干系统设计、挡水板设计等技术改进方案,有效地防范了窜液问题的发生,并应用于生产实际,且收到了良好的效果。

This paper analyzes the reason of cleaning machine mixed liquid , technology improvement schemes , such as design of wind dry system and flush boards, are taken to prevent the problem of mixed liquid. This result is applied to practical production and gets good effect.
