养胃舒片的薄层色谱鉴别与含量测定

Study on TLC Identification and Content Determination in Yangweishu Tablets

目的建立养胃舒片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别党参、陈皮、山药、干姜、白术和乌梅,采用高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷含量。结果橙皮苷进样量在49～735 ng的范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.02%,RSD=0.45%(n=9)。结论所采用的方法简便、准确、重复性好,能够有效控制该制剂的质量。

Objective To establish quality criteria for Yangweishu Tablets.Methods Radix Codonopsis,tangerine peel,Rhizoma Dioscorea,dried ginger,Rhizome Atractylodes,dark plum were identified by TLC.The content of hesperidin was determinated by HPLC.Results The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation existed in the range of 49-735 ng for hesperidin.The average recovery rare of hesperidin was 99.02%RSD was 0.45%（n=9）.Conclusion The determination methods are simple,accurate,and reproducible.These methods can be used for quality control of Yangweishu Tablets.
