养肾补血颗粒薄层色谱定性鉴别研究

Study of TLC Identification for Yangshenbuxue Granules

目的建立养肾补血颗粒的薄层色谱定性鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法,对方中药材人参、三七、制何首乌、淫羊藿进行定性鉴别。结果薄层图谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论所建立的方法简便、准确,重现性和分离度较好,可用于养肾补血颗粒的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard for identification of Yangshenbuxue Granules by TLC.Methods Identification of Radix Ginseng,Radix Notoginseng,Radix Polygoni multiflori,Herba Epimedii were achieved by TLC.Results The TLC spots were fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and with good repeatability and was not interfered by other constituents in the prescription.It can be used for the quality control of Yangshenbuxue Granules.
