高价活性银离子抗菌凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎480例

The Treatment of 480 Chronic Cervicitis Cases with Ag^(2+) Antivirus Gel

目的观察高价活性银离子抗菌凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法采用高价活性银离子抗菌凝胶(商品名银尔舒)对门诊慢性宫颈炎患者480例进行治疗。结果轻度宫颈炎192例,治愈率88.02%,显效率98.44%;中度宫颈炎222例,治愈率70.72%,显效率93.69%;重度宫颈炎66例,治愈率39.39%,显效率87.88%。总有效率为94.79%。结论高价活性银离子抗菌凝胶对轻、中度慢性宫颈炎有明显疗效,尤其对有生育要求的年轻慢性宫颈炎患者值得推广。

Objective To realize the curative effect of Ag2＋Antivirus Gel on chronic cervicitis.Methods To use Ag2＋Antiviurs Gel（commercially named Yinershu） to treat 480 cases of chronic cervicitis who came to our hospital to see a doctor from October,2010 to May,2011 and to observed the effect.Results A hundred and ninety-two cases with gentle degree chronic cervicitis,the cure ratio is 88.02%,the virtual ratio is 98.44%;222 cases with middle degree chronic cervicitis,the cure ratio is 70.72%,the virtual ratio is 93.69%;66 cases with serious degree chronic cervicitis,the cure ratio is 39.39%,the virtual ratio is 87.88%.The total virtual ratio is 94.79%.Conclusion Ag2＋Antivirus Gel can lead a remarkable effect on gentle degree and middle degree chronic cervicitis,expressly useful for the youthful cases who have generational demand.
